Burial vs. Cremation
When planning your funeral, burial or cremation is one of the last decisions that needs to be made. The most meaningful part of your service is the service itself. With cremation or burial, either option will still allow you to have a service of your choice, visitation or no visitation, open or closed casket, or religious or non-religious service. Contrary to popular belief, cremation is not always the least expensive option. In the Parry Sound area the cemetery costs are relatively inexpensive compared to larger cities making burial a more viable option.
